What is the bigger picture during all of this madness? Because right now I feel it ALL matters. I also was chatting with my sister yesterday about mental health. Though we hear conversations here and there about what we are all going through...we actually are not even coming close to the surface as to what is going on behind closed doors. I am lucky that I have a family that loves me, I have the ability to create opportunities for myself that I can focus on self love, I ensure my kids go outside as much as possible and we talk. And continue to talk. But I catch myself in moments of frustration, boredom, and feel as if I’m not making every moment count. Though today has been a good one so far, I have to ask - how are WE working on our community?! The mental health of everyone during these crazy times?! ✌🏻&❤️ to EVERYONE out there.
