☀️ This morning I went for one of my regular cottage runs... I was so pumped to go because just yesterday when I went, I felt so amazing and fast I just wanted to do it again and have the same experience. But of course today wasn’t the case. I found I needed to really motivate myself to keep going. And then my mind also got busy and I just kept thinking of different conversations I have had with people over this past month and how we all carry these stories with us. When I was running I was thinking how the run is probably hard because I went to bed too late, or I’m not use to my route anymore, or or or... But the story I was telling myself really shouldn’t define me but rather it should be how I respond. So I picked up my pace and got it done...and turns out it’s was one of my PB times 🤷🏼♀️ And I feel better for it - I also pulled into the driveway to find Hudson running towards me 💕 my boy!
While I was running I was thinking about a good gf of mine who is going through some hardship in her life. And I would love to take that away from her, and from anyone else going through a similar experience. But I can’t... what I can do is create a bracelet for her that lets her know I’m thinking about her and wishing her nothing but love and happiness in her life.
