🎥 Saturday night in our house is “movie night”...Hudsy gets to eat 🍿, sprawl out on our bed and enjoy a movie that more often than not, I get to choose. Tonight I didn’t even need to think twice - “Sound of Music”. When hearing of the passing of Christopher Plummer this morning, it made me feel a little sad. What a Canadian 🇨🇦 icon. The movie was also a staple in our house growing up, and I felt honoured to pass the enjoyment onto Hudson. In hopes he will ALSO remember the first time he saw “Sound of Music” (My first was at our family Chalet with my Nana and Papa. 💕). He only got to watch the first half...so movie night continue onto tomorrow.
🎵 Hamsa Hands are a “few of my favourite things” 🎶😉 But in all seriousness, I have had these opal Hamsa hands for awhile now, and have yet to feel the need to create with them, and then tonight I just instantly picked it up, and strung this bracelet together without even a pause. 💙
💙 Opal is an emotional stone and reflects the mood of the wearer. It intensifies emotions and releases inhibitions. Encourages both freedom and independence.
🙏🏻 Howlite: Has a calming effect reminding one to be patient and to enjoy the present moment.
🖐🏻 Hamsa hand: is a protective symbol. It is believed to protect from harm and bring goodness, abundance, fertility and good luck.
